• Attempts: If there is no delivery, we can make more than 1 attempt; after that, redelivery may be possible with a new fee.

• Tolerance: We will hold the table for up to 15 (fifteen) minutes after the time reserved in our reservation system.

• No-show: We may release the table and apply specific conditions on dates of high demand.

• Cancellation: up to 48 hours before the reserved time.

• Deposit/Prepayment (when applicable): The amount should be verified with the establishment, as it may vary depending on special dates or groups.

• You can submit reviews and comments in a respectful and lawful manner.

• Offensive, false, defamatory, illegal, unauthorized promotional content, or content that violates the rights of third parties is prohibited.

• We may moderate, remove, or block content at our discretion.

• All content on this website (text, photos, logos, layout, and code) is owned or licensed to us. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting it without authorization is prohibited.

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Website outages;

• indirect losses;

• Delays caused by third parties (logistics, platforms, payment methods).
